SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Contiguous United States

USPS (including Alaska & Hawaii): 1–5 business days
FedEx & UPS: 1–5 business days
Alaska & Hawaii via FedEx/UPS: 3–7 business days
PO Boxes: USPS only

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (including CEF entry fees). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible returns must be:

Unused
Unopened
In original, resaleable condition
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the hygienic nature of professional waxing products, opened or partially used items are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If preferred, Bombshell Wax Company can provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, particularly for orders over $75. Bombshell Wax Company is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
