Saving Elephants
The Ngorongoro Crater in East Africa is home to around 1,000 elephants. On a nightly basis, these elephants were wandering out of the forest to step directly onto farms from neighboring villages, eating and trampling crops. This led to aggressive elephant prevention methods, and large scale elephant poaching.
Luckily, elephants have an innate fear of bees, and the Wild Survivors team was able to use that fear to create an amazingly innovative solution to the rising issue of elephant poaching:
