How To Use Clearli Zero Hypoallergenic Soft Wax | Vegan Strip Wax

Put the Can in

Bombshell Soft wax comes in plastic cans. Feel free to place the cans directly into a wax warmer to use.

Melt the Wax:

Turn on your wax warmer. Turn temperature past half-way until wax is melted, to check, lift the wax with a spatula; if it drips instantly, it’s too hot. If it clings to the applicator without dripping for about 3 seconds, it’s ready. Then either;

lower temp to before half-way and keep in warmer to use.

pour the wax from the plastic can into a metal insert to use.

Test the Temperature:

Apply a small test strip of wax on your wrist. This ensures the wax is at a safe temperature to avoid skin burns. Adjust temperature to the fluctuating wax & room temperatures.

Prepare the Skin:

Ensure the area to be waxed is thoroughly cleansed using either 86 Skin Foam Cleanser or Pinky Winky Mineral Oil Solution. Some estheticians also like to use Cornstarch Powder to minimize skin contact.

Apply the wax:

Using a wooden spatula, stir the wax in a figure-eight motion three times, then scoop. Hold the applicator perpendicular to the skin and apply wax evenly in the direction of hair growth with gentle pressure.

Apply the strip:

After applying the wax, grab your wax strips and lay the strip over the applied wax, pressing firmly and smoothing it down in the direction of hair growth. Leave a small section of the strip wax free to grip when removing.

Remove the Strip:

Hold the skin taut with one hand, grab the edge of the strip with the other, and peel it off briskly in the opposite direction of hair growth. Immediately apply pressure to the waxed area to soothe the skin & the customer.

Post Wax Care:

Finish with Pinky Winky Mineral Oil Solution or Jerusalem Basalm Soothing & Disinfecting Creme to soothe and hydrate the area. You can also use 86 Skin Exfoliating Pads to clean out pores. Emphasize to clients: at home care is essential pre wax care for their next appointment!
